By downloading, installing, or using Castle (including streaming content, downloading videos, and accessing core services such as free streaming, HD playback, offline viewing, live sports, and live TV), you unconditionally agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Bangalore, India.

1. Platform Role & Content Disclaimer

Castle acts solely as an intermediary, connecting users to content provided by independent third-party providers. We do not host, store, or own any content — including movies, web series, live sports, TV channels, or digital media — available on the platform.

As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee:

The legality, accuracy, quality, or completeness of any content;

The permanent availability of any content (which may be removed without notice due to third-party licensing agreements, copyright disputes, technical issues, or geographical restrictions);

The continuous availability of any specific titles, genres, or platform features.

2. Warranty Disclaimer

Castle is provided without any express or implied representations or warranties. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;

Warranties of non-infringement of intellectual property rights;

Security Risks

Device Compatibility Risks
