These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Castle while using our platform — an entertainment service exclusively for Indian audiences, available on Android devices 6.0 and above. By downloading, installing, or accessing Castle to stream live TV, movies, sports, OTT content, or using related services including offline downloads and HD playback, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must cease use of Castle immediately.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Castle only for personal, non‑commercial purposes. Your right to use the service is non‑transferable. Permitted use includes:

Streaming live sports (cricket, football, kabaddi), movies, TV channels, and OTT content

Accessing multi‑language subtitles, night mode, and search‑based content discovery

Downloading movies and TV shows for offline viewing within the app

You are strictly prohibited from using any Castle service for monetary gain, including but not limited to:

Public display (e.g., in bars, commercial venues)

Reselling access to the platform or its content

Monetizing content or materials obtained through our service

Offering access to Castle as part of a paid service

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

Modifying, reverse‑engineering, hacking, or interfering with Castle’s code or security features

Uploading, sharing, copying, or pirating copyrighted or paid content without authorization from rights holders

Posting, transmitting, or sharing illegal, offensive, harmful, or defamatory content that violates Indian laws or platform policies

Using unauthorized third‑party tools, cracked APKs, or unofficial platforms to access Castle

Fraudulently circumventing usage restrictions, copyright protections, or content limitations imposed by the platform

3. Content Ownership & Usage

All movies, web series, sports broadcasts, TV channels, and OTT content remain the property of their respective owners. Castle grants you limited access to view content — not ownership or redistribution rights.

Downloaded content may only be used offline within the Castle app

You may not share, distribute, transfer, or store downloaded content on other devices

Castle is not liable for copyright infringement claims arising from third‑party user content

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Castle is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error‑free service

Compatibility with all Android 6.0+ devices

Permanent availability of any specific content or feature

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, or the entire platform at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Castle will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including (but not limited to) buffering issues, content unavailability, or device‑related problems. You use Castle at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Castle if you violate these Terms or applicable Indian law. Upon termination, you must stop using the service and delete all downloaded content.

Provisions related to copyright, ownership, liability limitations, and governing law shall survive termination.

7. Governing Law & General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Nothing in these Terms confers rights upon any person other than the parties to this agreement, consistent with Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of Castle constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
