is an entertainment platform for Android devices, dedicated to providing rich streaming content for Indian users while upholding intellectual property rights. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims and counter‑notifications, and guides users on legal and ethical streaming practices. We comply with the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

1. Platform Role & Content Responsibility
Castle acts solely as an intermediary connecting users to third‑party content sources.
We do NOT own, host, or store any copyrighted content
— including movies, web series, live sports, TV channels, or related media. We actively oppose the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted works and respond promptly to valid infringement claims from rights holders.
2. How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent, and you believe your rights have been violated on Castle, you must submit a
complete written infringement notice
. Incomplete notices will not be processed.
Your notice must include:
A clear description of the copyrighted work (title, author, source, or proof of ownership)
Specific identification of the infringing material and its location on Castle
Your full contact information: address, phone number, and email
A statement confirming you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you have not granted any license for the disputed use
3. Processing of Infringement Notices
Once we receive a valid and complete notice:

By using Castle (on Android 6.0 or higher), you agree:

Not to use workarounds to run Castle on unsupported devices
